The Live Studio Audience Has to Wait Hours
Getting chosen to be a contestant on the “Price is Right” isn’t easy. One member of the live studio audience shared that most people’s names don’t get called and even those lucky few who are chosen to compete wait hours before entering the studio.
There is a long line to get on the set and even then, most get picked to be audience members and only a few become contestants. The episode takes an hour and a half to film, but the excited audience doesn’t mind. They sit there waiting to be called on, hoping to get an opportunity to win a prize.
