When you hear or read the words “flight attendant,” what comes to mind? Our impression of them is that they are well-prepared and friendly. We don’t see a lot of bad behavior from flight attendants, despite doing a million different jobs out of a small cabin.

We can’t possibly give this flight attendant the credit they deserve. Imagine having to stand for a long period of time while maintaining a smile on your face for the majority of the journey.
