This Chucky was One of the Good Guys
We all had our favorite plushie to snuggle up with when we hit the sack after a long day of school and play. For most of us, those cuddle buddies were sweet teddy bears or Disney dolls, but there are a handful of kids who drifted off to Dreamland with the likeness of horror movie villains.
Unfortunately for this Redditor, their beloved’s resemblance to the knife-wielding terror of the Child’s Play series was too much for their mom, and she chucked the doll. Little did she know the rumored real-life inspiration behind Chucky looks far less menacing. He goes by Robert the Haunted Doll and is locked up safe in the Key West Museum.
