Dudleytown
The cursed Dudleytown forest has scared visitors since the mid 18th century. Apparently, it all started in England, with Edmund Dudley, who was beheaded for conspiring against king Henry VII. This unleashed a curse on the Dudley family, who moved to America and helped build the town of Cornwall, Connecticut.

Dudleytown is one of the most haunted forests in America. Visitors testified to have seen “Wolf-like” black shadows, disembodied voices, unnerving lack of wildlife and floating orbs of light. A prolonged stay in the forest said to give a person a “general feeling of complete dread”. In recent years, there is a secret group who called itself “The Dark Forest Association” who patrols the forest at odd hours. Their true intentions are unknown.
