Floss Like A Boss
Flossing can feel like a chore, but we do it to avoid winding up toothless with a gummy grin. Most of us learned to brush first, floss second, and then finish off the ritual with a good mouthwash. It’s not bad, but dentists say there’s a better way to keep the cavities away.

Think of your mouth like a dirty room (gross, I know, but bear with me). You clean more by sweeping the mess out from under the rug before vacuuming the whole room. Brushing and flossing are the same. Flossing helps dislodge food particles and other bacteria, allowing our toothbrushes to do a better job of carrying away the bad stuff.
