Toss The Towel
You’ve just gotten out of a nice, hot shower after a long, hectic day, and now you need to dry your hair. $10 says you’ll probably grab a big fluffy towel and twist it up into one of those big turbans that make you feel like the queen of clean before blasting it with the hairdryer or letting it air dry.
If your hair could talk, it would be begging you for its life. Using bath towels on hair is a big no-no to avoid if possible. Regular towel fibers are too abrasive, snapping off hair and roughing up the cuticles, causing frizz. Invest in a microfiber towel or try out an old t-shirt to help keep hair healthy and smooth.
