Unlimited Lingonberry Love
There’s a type of berry known as the lingonberry that most of us have only heard about. In Sweden, the lingonberry is the unofficial fruit. It’s a type of berry that’s closely related to cranberries and blueberries, and it’s chock-full of all sorts of nutrients and antioxidants.

The Swedes love lingonberries as much as we love Nutella. Swedes with slather almost everything in lingonberry jam, including Swedish meatballs (which are simply known as meatballs in Sweden) and pancakes. Strangely enough, eating toasted bread with lingonberry jam is unheard of. So, if you ever go to Sweden, make sure you pick as many lingonberries as you can to make a whole week’s worth of jam.
