People-Oriented Management
If you’re moving to Sweden to work, you should familiarize yourself with the work culture. One of the most noticeable differences between the Swedish work culture and what we have going on in the States is that the hierarchy system is a formality.

People have their roles, like the CEO is the head of the company and whatnot, but in reality, everyone mingles with everyone. Nobody is better than another employee because of their position in the company. If there was something we wish we could take from Sweden, it’s this. US companies could do with more equality and less “I’m your boss, so do what I say.”
