Eat My Feelings
A lot of people talk about how the holidays are the time of year they indulge and break their diets. Uh… can’t relate. I love a good indulgent food moment all year round. There’s no shame in enjoying food! This person tweeted a photo of a man sitting in a chair eating from three plates of delicious looking food.
They captioned it, “Me on Thanksgiving, me on Christmas, me when I’m mad… this is just really me.” Girl, we get it. Food might not solve all of our emotional trauma and drama, but it sure helps us feel better. Make sure you eat your fruits and veggies, but don’t forget to enjoy some dessert afterward.
