Science Says You’re Wrong
E-cigarettes have been around since 2007 but soared in popularity in the early 2010s. You couldn’t go anywhere without being choked by the scent of an avid vaper’s fluffy unicorn candy-flavored clouds and overhearing them talk about how this was their way of taking charge of their health and ditching cigarettes for good.

But does the gourmet-tasting vapor actually give you cancer? It may be too early to tell because vaping is still relatively new, but as of 2021, the Cancer Research Center UK claims, “There is no good evidence that vaping causes cancer,” while others believe the harmful chemicals in vape fluid indirectly cause cancer, so we may have to wait to see who was confidently incorrect here.
