#11: History Lesson
No matter what vessel you might be traveling with, it is always assumed that certain safety checks and regulatory standards have been met before embarking on any journey. But of course, like anything, there are situations where people find themselves in “last-minute” situations.

Can you imagine waiting hours for a cruise to depart and being told after 4 hours of waiting that the reason you haven’t moved is that there is a WWII mine in close vicinity? No matter how annoyed some passengers must have been, surely they understood the severity of the situation once they received more information.
