The next day Ricky took Jolene back home where she needed plenty of rest. She was still in pain from the surgery, they had to open her up and find the chip before they could safely remove it. It was a tricky process but she got through it alright and with no damage. 

She wasn’t able to work on the farm for the next few days because of her condition, but that was alright. Ricky was happy to be picking up the slack around the farm for his wife. He didn’t want to take any more chances with her health. But someone was missing her.
