Stevie Nicks then
Legendary singer Stevie Nicks made history when she was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the second time as a solo artist, in 2019 – the first time, she was included in the Hall of Fame as a member of the rock band Fleetwood Mac. The singer-songwriter embarked on her music career in 1975 when she joined the group Fleetwood Mac with her then-boyfriend, musician Lindsey Buckingham.
The band has risen to fame after Nicks’ incorporation; their second album, featuring Nicks and Buckingham, was the best-selling album of the year and the fifth biggest-selling music album of all time. Following her success in Fleetwood Mac, in the early eighties Nicks decided it was time to spread her wings and fly solo. Since then, she has released eight solo studio albums.
