Susan Dey then
American actress Susan Dey started her career as a teen model. At the age of 17, with no acting experience, Dey received her first and most memorable role to this day – the role of Laurie Partridge on the popular seventies sitcom The Partridge Family. This part, in its essence, and Susan’s looks, have made her the ultimate girl next door.
Dey stayed on the musical sitcom throughout its four seasons, from 1970 to 1974. This has established her career as an actress as well as a singer, thanks to the musical element of the show. Her career continued to flourish throughout the seventies and eighties, when she starred in the drama series L.A. Law between the years 1986-1922.
