Lunch Atop a Skyscraper is one of the most popular photos of all time. Just how popular it is? it’s hanging in bedrooms around the world to this day. The photo was taken during the construction of the Rockefeller Center and depicts 11 construction workers sitting on a girder, casually eating lunch 840 feet above New York City.

The photographer of the iconic photo is unknown, although it is often attributed to one of three potential photographers. The photo has become so famous, in 2012 it was made into a film titled Men at Lunch, exploring the story behind the photo and the potential identities of the 11 men, which are also remain unknown to this day.
