Maps That Portray the U.S. More Accurately Than Anything We Learned in School

When it comes to the geography of the United States, it is safe to say that it is a very big country, with a lot of free space. It is almost crazy to think how some areas of America are so overpopulated and dense, whilst there is so much free uninhabited space.

All of the green area outlined on the map represents areas of the country that are not inhabited by people. When you see something like this, it makes you wonder why there is so much population density and overcrowding in certain areas. But then again, there’s a reason people live in those areas.
