#26: Do a Neighborhood Walk
Depending on where you live, the type of neighborhood you live in might have serious ramifications for many different things in your life. Plenty of places don’t heavily rely on neighborhood culture or even say hi to their neighbors, but knowing what’s in your potential new neighborhood is essential.

We’re saying that you should visit the area of a potential house you’re interested in on more than one occasion just in case you saw the neighborhood in a way that isn’t usually represented. Seeing a place in the day versus at night, or during the week versus the weekend, you won’t understand the full picture.
