#26: Feeling Feline
Okay, I just have so many questions about this story. Not about the girl self-identifying as a cat; I find that alarmingly easy to believe. What I don’t understand is everyone around her reaction to the fact that she would now like to be treated as a cat, please.

First, her parents: Were they mad that the school was accommodating this girl’s request? Were they hoping that the school would talk her out of it? I feel like the school was doing its best in an unusual situation. Now, more importantly, the school: how does this litter box work? Is it in a stall, where the other students are going to trip over it? Or does she have to do her business out in front of everyone? And most of all, who has to scoop up her litter box? You can’t expect her to do it. Cats don’t have hands.
