#5: The Luckiest Mom in the World
I have a 2-year-old nephew. He is an absolute delight—just a tiny little munchkin of a human being with dimpled cheeks and a perpetual expression of mischief in his eyes. What he is not, unfortunately, is an extremely eloquent grown-up with a keen understanding of adult relationships and emotional intelligence.

This would be extremely charming if true, but nobody honestly believes it. First, I’m pretty sure no 2-year-old understands the concept of Daddy leaving for another woman and how that would affect their mother. Second, what 2-year-old understands and uses the phrase “make you less of a woman”? Most kids that age are still mastering the names of all of their siblings and the sounds that various farm animals make.
