Looking Back to the Past
Jose entered the salon embodying the appearance of someone who had spent the past 25 years on the streets, clad in the same worn-out clothes and having foregone a visit to a salon for decades. These circumstances contributed to Jose appearing older than his actual age. Furthermore, the challenges of homelessness meant that he had not experienced a proper night’s sleep in years.
Exhibiting signs of weariness and an evident need for change, Jose presented Salva and her team with a significant challenge. Now, it was time to gauge Jose’s reaction to the transformation.
