Different reviewers have slammed the South’s staple-fast food chain for thinking that aesthetics only can help them get a competitive advantage in the fast-food industry. Their hexagon burger that was meant to establish a unique brand seems to have backfired against them, and then some.
In one case, an angry reviewer, a customer, considered its toppings as “lacking flavor” while the meat had a “spongy texture without any recognizable beef flavor”, now that’s HARD criticism. The truth is that only about 34% of consumers would consider coming back for another burger at Hardee’s, and those are scary numbers for any business owner. The folks at the Hardee’s headquarters have some hard(EE) thinking to do right about now. Good luck!
