The folks at Carl’s Jr. are currently struggling to launch new products daily, but their choices don’t seem to go well with those of their customers. They were the first to offer a CBD infused burger, after which they came up with bacon truffle cheese and a vegan beyond burger.
However, despite all the hard work, just 33% of the people who took the consumer reports survey considered the possibility of a second visit to their restaurant. Why is that? Perhaps the advertisement is too good to be true? There is such a thing as too big of a promise. When you promise mountains and deliver hills, some people are bound to be angry and dissatisfied from the result.
