3. Jack in the Box
We are very doubtful that the management over at Jack in the Box would consider searching their reviews on Google. Customers have flooded the internet with multiple negative reviews, with some arguing that they ended up throwing away the food purchased at their restaurants the minute they got it. Such bad press is bound to affect the sales rate of the company.

Poor service on the other hand gives the consumers enough reason to keep jack out of the box in the negative zone. Surprisingly however, 33% of the participants were willing to tolerate Jack in the box despite the complaints. Why is that? We think that number comes from the occasional customers who get the right orders.
