Honorable Mention #11: Auntie Anne’s
Originally, Auntie Anne began as a small pretzel shop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Since then, it has become one of the most well known pretzel pit stops in the country. Auntie Anne’s has basically made a name for itself as a classic mall staple we all loved to visit when we were younger. And that used to be a good thing. But with less and less people heading to malls, Auntie Anne’s is starting to feel left behind.

To make up for a loss in sales, the folks at Auntie Anne’s started to expand its menu beyond sweet and savory pretzels and hot dogs. But there is a problem, according to Consumer Reports, the customer service is just terrible, with 35% of customers saying they would return.
