Do you remember when Subway bragged about their sandwiches helping people lose weight? Well, they have been losing some weight themselves for a while, and are on the verge of losing some pounds once again. During 2018, Subway closed over a thousand restaurants, and it appears that their “eat fresh” slogan is no longer doing the customer appeal trick it once did.

According to a new customer service, participants who took part in the survey said Subways sandwiches were bland and unappetising. Only 42% of the participants considered the possibility of taking a meal at the joint for a second time. It turns out sandwiches are not always the preferred meal on the go, even if they do help you lose weight.
