You might have heard about the 2010 Domino’s “Pizza turnaround” that forced Domino’s to change its 49-year-old recipe after the customers called their pizza “ a mass produced cardboard that is bland, boring and lacking.” If you haven’t, well, there you have it. With all the hard work and re-branding, everyone would expect a mouthwatering new recipe. Well. According to customers, that is not really the case.
About 41% of consumers who ate at Domino’s said they would consider going back to the Pizza`s place to replenish their Pizza cravings. Although that is an improvement from the numbers Domino’s received before their recipe change, that is still not a high enough number. Luckily for Domino’s, Their Pizza is far much better compared to some Pizzas in this list.
