To Hell with Gravity!
Here’s something that many people caught during their first viewing of Titanic. As the Titanic was sinking, we got a pretty good look at the lifeboats having on one side of the boat. However, as the Titanic sinks deeper and deeper into the ocean, the lines holding the lifeboats up don’t shift, and the lifeboats remain perfectly parallel to the ship’s deck.
Is this because they used an unbreakable diamond tether to keep the boats in place? Nope, we all saw the crew lowered the boats using ropes. This is a minor mistake overall, but it’s one that people caught immediately.
