Too Chilly to Fly
One of the most iconic and memorable scenes in Titanic takes place on the upper deck. Jack is holding Rose as she lifts her arms to take in the air and pretends to fly. It’s a pretty romantic scene, but sadly, it would’ve been impossible to take place on the real Titanic.
During that time of year, the Titanic’s route would’ve taken them to a frigid part of the Earth. So, Jack and Rose would have to wear thick coats if they wanted to stand on the deck. Also, did no one else notice that their hair wasn’t waving like at all? The Titanic was traveling at over 30 kmph, and there would’ve been plenty of wind.
