Vaping has become the cool-kid thing to do in recent years with all the sweet, syrupy flavors and daydreamy clouds that turn you into a human fog machine. Like anything we put in our bodies, we have to consider whether it’s good for us, and we’re still trying to figure out how bad vaping may be.
E-cigs have been praised as a stink-free way to reduce smoking and potentially quit, which is good news for those looking to ditch the habit, but it has opened the door to new addictions for those who were nicotine-free before they bought their first rig. Although there are less chemicals, we’re still learning about the long-term effects of inhaling vapor which could leave us cringing at future medical bills.
