We’ve never heard of pirates on planes, just on the high seas, and in our imagination every time we read about Blackbeard and his crew. Apparently, this wannabe pirate didn’t get the memo that cannons, especially very old ones like this don’t belong on planes. 

It would be challenging to seize an aircraft with a small cannon like this, just where and who you fire it at is another question. It was probably an old relic that a collector was taking back home with them, too bad it’s now confiscated. So much for the pirates robbing you blind, oh how the tables have turned.
