Okay, we are certain now that people are traveling to exotic locations just to get their hands on some pirate artifacts. Was there a craze about this that we missed a while back? Have cannonballs and old pistols skyrocketed in price recently? 

They do look pretty cool and we wouldn’t mind having a small collection of our own, but there must be a better way to transport all this without having to smuggle it. I guess the owners of old pirate items need to live out that fantasy adventure in their own way, the TSA backroom just doesn’t have that same feel though.
