Buying things online is a bit of a “hit or miss” situation. You have to pay attention to the fine print or else you may end up with something you didn’t want in the first place. This person was looking for a single large bottle of hand sanitizer but ended up getting 4 large bottles instead. They were pretty disappointed and called the description misleading. 

The worst part was that they couldn’t return the product because of Amazon policies and so they were stuck with more sanitizer than they could use in their lifetime. Well, this was in Feb 2020 and as you know since then, sanitizer has become a regular part of our lives. We’re sure that in hindsight they were pretty happy with their purchase.
