People Who Were Caught Twisting the Truth on the Internet

John Carpenter is a renowned film director who led in the production of such films as Big Trouble in Little China and Escape from New York. Rotten Tomatoes isn’t exactly a credible source for movie reviews. And apparently, journalism isn’t RT’s strong suit, either.

Back in 2018, Rotten Tomatoes tweeted a list of Five Favorite Films with John Carpenter in remembrance of the legendary director. As is typical of anyone who is alive, John went onto Twitter to inform the misinformed clowns at RT that he is not, in fact, dead. That was pretty rotten of RT to claim otherwise.
