To be frank with you guys, we don’t know when this picture of a sunken Volvo 850 was taken. All we know is that the car isn’t supposed to be underwater. In fact, cars don’t belong anywhere except for on roads. And inside of garages. And perhaps on driveways, too.

After the image made its rounds on social media, people started coming up with weird theories and ideas. Some people hypothesized that the Volvo had broken through thin ice, but the driver managed to get out. Sadly for the driver, their car sank to the bottom of the lake, where it resides to this very day.
