This piece of art is hard to see, even if you squint your eyes. What it is, is essentially a character from one of the most popular mobile game publishers, Riot Games. The company once held a statue-building competition, where the winners would have their statues placed underwater to become a breeding ground for underwater creatures.
For those out of the loop, Riot Games developed League of Legends (LOL), which is sort of a rip-off of Dota 2, but it really depends on who you ask. LOL once boasted the highest player count, and today, there are about 180 million players in total.
