Hydration is Key
Let’s be honest, a lot of us take water for granted. We always hear or read about how drinking water is so important, but how many of us consciously make an effort to stay hydrated throughout the day? It’s so much more appealing to drink flavored beverages or reach for that salty burger.
This person’s advice is controversial; if you feel hungry, you are actually probably thirsty! This may seem strange, but it’s true. Many of us don’t drink enough water throughout the day, and this can cause overeating, sleepiness, and headaches. Plus, drinking water instead of eating partially fills up your stomach, so you’re taking care of yourself by not snacking too much.
