It’s fair to say that most of us spend way too much time on our smartphones. Certainly, more than we’d like. How many times have you sat down to read, only to find yourself mindlessly scrolling 30 minutes later? We hear this piece of advice all the time, and we think more people should try following it.
It’s no secret that the blue light emitted from our cell phones actually negatively affects our ability to fall asleep. It’s a great idea to leave our phones behind when we get into bed. We’d all be able to fall asleep a lot faster and sleep soundly if we put away our screens.
