Respect My Authority
This guy’s father told him an inspiring story from his days back in high school. According to him, they were discussing authority in a philosophy class, and the teacher was trying to make a point by saying that if he told the class to leave, they would all listen to him since he has authority as a teacher, but if, say, Mark told them all to leave, they wouldn’t go.

Mark couldn’t miss this opportunity, and naturally, he stood up confidently and told the students the class was over and they could leave. They all did the obvious thing, stood up, and left the room. The teacher’s point left the classroom with them. He probably stood there dumbfounded for a couple of minutes, and then he had to come up with a new strategy to demonstrate authority.
