50+ times pictures blew our minds and were completely unexplainable

This reminds us of a scary scene from the famous horror movie ‘the ring’, you know, where the demonic woman climbs out of the television? Well, in the movie whoever plays a certain videotape and watches it will be hunted down and killed by this ghost woman sooner or later. 

It seems like that is not far away from the reality of what we are looking at in this picture. Has the television gone nuts and wants to possess or haunt the viewer? It could be anything at this point, but for the static to show up like that with the message reading ‘I’ll settle for you’ is very creepy.
