Avoid Fizzy Drinks
There’s nothing more refreshing than drinking a cold soft drink after bumping into thousands of strangers to get to your seat. However, if you like living healthy, skip the fizzy drinks and opt for water instead. We’re not just talking about avoiding the high sugar content in sodas, either.
The gases that are in carbonated drinks will expand as the plane soars higher into the air. When this happens, you might burp and pass gas, causing fellow passengers to glare in your direction. Water or juice is fine, but for the love of everything holy in this world, don’t get ice!
