So, after landing, you have a ton of problems to deal with. You need to check in with customs, get your baggage, take a taxi to the airport, check into your hotel room, take a shower, and get some much-needed shut-eye. However, when you wake up, you feel all groggy and uncomfortable. What do you do?
Like many problems in this world, you can solve the issue of jet lag by getting some exercise. Just head outdoors and go for a quick jog. If the hotel has an indoor gym, run for a few minutes on the treadmill to release some sweat and stress.
