Mid-Flight Stretches
Don’t you hate it when you stand up after a long flight and all of your joints pop? Yeah, we like that feeling, too, but we don’t exactly like how our muscles ache after being seated for six-plus hours. To combat muscle cramps, you should try and stretch a bit while flying.
By doing mid-flight stretches, we don’t mean doing what the inconsiderate woman in the picture below is doing. All you have to do is get up, walk up and down the aisle a few times, then sit back down. Also, using the bathroom is considering physical activity, too, unless you do it right in your seat.
