Avoid Boozy Drinks
Look, we’re not telling you how to live your life. If you want to get a few drinks in while flying, by all means, do you, dawg. However, if you’re only traveling for three or four hours, stick to drinking water, juice, or a soft drink (if you can handle the burps and farts).
It turns out that bubbly drinks are three times more potent in the air than they are in the ground. We think it has to do with black magic or something. Anyway, if you don’t want a headache after landing, stick to a non-boozy drink. Or if you’re flying for 10-plus hours, get your drinks early on so you land with a clear head.
