DO NOT GET ICE CUBES WITH IN-FLIGHT YOUR DRINK!
We told you we’d address the whole in-flight ice cub situation. When you get drinks from an airplane, always remember to ask for no ice in your drink. It’s not because cold drinks aren’t healthy for you (more research is needed for that), but in-flight ice cubes can actually make you sick.
Airplanes have onboard ice cube makers, and their supply of tap water isn’t the most hygienic. They don’t clean the water tanks very often, so your ice could be riddled with all sorts of germs and viruses. Also, make sure you get bottled water on your flight and not water from the plane’s tap.
