While on vacation, you’re not supposed to follow your intense workout programs like you would at home. You’re on vacation! You’re supposed to let loose and enjoy the fun things in life, like drinking regular-carb beers and inhaling your 22nd taco of the evening!
But don’t act surprised when you get back home and discover that your waistline has expanded by ten inches. That’s just a regular part of traveling, and you can always work the poundage off at the gym. That’s assuming you don’t book your next flight before you’ve burned off the additional weight, of course.
