Mission Impossible
Vacations are supposed to help you relax, and they do a fairly good job at doing that. The only problem, if you want to call it a problem, is that when you get back from vacation, everything about your past life, including how to do your job, goes out the window.

That’s why companies should have a sort of retraining session to educate their reeducate their employees on how to do their job after going on vacation. If you don’t, then don’t expect your employee to do more than just stare dead-eyed at their computer screen while slowly opening and clothing their mouths.
