Workers are required to wear a harness or some other form of safety equipment if they need to do building or maintenance at great heights in order to ensure that they are safe if they slip and fall.

The definition of “stomach-dropping” includes this image. This guy is heaven knows how many floors above us, wearing flip-flops, and there’s no harness in sight! Whoever shot this photo was probably using it as proof of the guy’s idiocy.
