It might be tough to get children to eat everything on their plates. Parents can become irritated when children aren’t hungry or complain about the food, especially if there are veggies included. This gets worse if they turn what you say around.
As it turns out, when she told her kid to eat the whole thing, that’s precisely what they did. They just didn’t do it in the way she expected. If mom wants better results next time, then perhaps she should be more specific with her expectations.
