Jim Morrisson
The Doors’ iconic frontman was San Francisco-based musician, songwriter, and composer Jim Morrison. He was recognized for his powerful singing voice and lyrical content. He was a natural-born actor and heartthrob in the 1970s.
Jim died of heart failure at the age of 27 while living in Paris, France after attempting to escape his hard-partying lifestyle in the United States. He was interred in Paris’ famous Pere Lachaise cemetery. Today, fans come from all over the world to pay their respects at the gravesite of rock legends.
