All of the kids’ nannies are required to consult Kim’s nanny manual, which includes specific instructions on how they should behave, eat and dress.
For example, nannies lose $2,000 per night if the children wake Kim up. However, they receive bonuses if the children sleep through the entire night. Another instruction is choreographed walking with the nannies arranging the children in a V-formation with Kim leading at the front.
